do i need a coach?

Are you looking for next steps in your career?

Most of us are working to feed our addiction to food and shelter. This means we’re chasing the next promotion, the salary increase, the title change. Is it possible to find happiness as a middle manager or a marketing executive? Quite possibly. Let’s figure that out.

Are you a new parent?

If you’re back to work and struggling to figure out how to balance all the demands on your time, you are not alone. I know you can overcome that feeling that you’re failing at everything. You can do it.

Are you struggling as a manager?

Management can be an impossible job. You have to recruit new team members, grow your current team members, and make sure everyone is executing flawlessly to achieve results. It’s like three full-time jobs at once. I will help you find your management strengths and leverage them to become the leader you are meant to be.

is your midlife crisis looming?

After a while, most of us feel like life is happening to us. We lose our feeling of control over our own lives, and are just trying to survive the onslaught of work, parenting, relationships, money trouble, etc. I will help you sort what you want from what you need, and get back in control so you can avoid a crisis.

are you avoiding a difficult conversation?

Difficult conversations only get worse the longer we put them off. I will help you find a way to feel comfortable saying the thing that is looming in your mind.

What I can and cannot promise

I am not a therapist. I do not coach as a career. I am someone who is good at listening, asking the right questions, and then action planning with you. I know I’m good at it, because I have been doing it professionally for over 10 years and have seen the results. If you’re feeling stuck on a specific problem like the ones above, a short burst of coaching—just 1-3 sessions—can often be a great solution. But more systemic, long-term or persistent challenges may require a long-term relationship with a therapist or professional coach.

As with any coaching conversation, our discussion is completely private and confidential.
